These have got to be the best burgers in the world. Got to admit I drool thinking about them. Seriously juicy and flavoursome. The burgers and chicken we've tried have all been good.... Got a particular love for the Cawboy and Cawboy fries but some of the monthly specials have been spectacular. The team are all great and very understanding of dietary needs (We need gluten free and have friends who are veggie etc). Highly recommend an alcoholic slushie though (although not if you suffer from brain freeze ). I also love the fact that the food is all local.... Beef from the local butcher, buns from a local bakery and sauces are made in house. Low Carbon miles for your food!

Absolutely unbeatable! I am not a burger fan... but am obsessed with th Cawsburger burgers! We even recently came for my 30th birthday! We visit as often as we can and it never disappoints. There is a great selection of different food which is regularly updated with specials, and also a great variety of drinks on offer. We have bought lots of friends and family on many of our visits, who have all agreed they do the best burgers around! The service is always outstanding and we wouldn’t change a thing. Thanks for serving us

We visited Cawsburger today for our son's 16th Birthday. And apart from the burgers being absolutely incredible, the service was a real standout We were told that with the app we'd be applicable for a free birthday burger which was applied. We were served with big smiles and nothing was too much trouble. This is the top place to eat in Hitchin and anywhere locally in fact! Can't wait to go back

I heard about Cawsburger from a friend and trawled their website with mouth watering looking at the pictures of their burgers and other dishes. In most of our experiences the pictures on websites never look as good in reality however in this case we were not disappointed as they were true to their online images. The food tasted great and staff were very friendly and helpful. We got there at opening time and it was filled up within 10 mins! We would highly recommend and definitely visit again. We took some food home with us as ordered too much!!

We had yet another amazing experience at Caws Burger! It was our second time visiting as a family, and once again, we were absolutely blown away by the flavours. The burger I had was simply phenomenal! every bite was bursting with taste. The meat was cooked to perfection, the sauces were well balanced, and the bun was incredibly fresh. I just couldn’t get enough of it, and I know I’ll be craving it for a long time! The atmosphere of the place is warm and welcoming. The decor, the music, and the overall vibe make it a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal. Plus, the service was excellent we didn’t have to wait long for our food, and everything was served just right. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. A special shoutout to John Chef and the owner, Matt, who made us feel truly special. They were both so hospitable and ensured everything was spot on. Caws Burger truly stands out with its outstanding food and top notch service. If you’re looking for a proper, high quality burger, this is definitely the place to go in Hitchin. It’s become a firm favourite for us, and we’ll certainly be coming back again!

Visited tonight and drove from Enfield to see what we thought. Got to say the burgers are probably the best I’ve tasted. The chicken strips are great. The chips are another level. All of the staff are great and friendly. The owner came over to chat and told us where the beef came from where the buns are from. You can see his passion is in the food and he deserves to do well. If you like a burger you must go here
